Challenges: Maintenance is a priority for LYNX as reflected in the hours its 72 technicians spend upkeeing the fleet. Technicians focus on preventative maintenance as well as handling defects and road calls immediately to ensure optimal service. 

Solutions: LYNX now uses Trapeze's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to ensure safety, reliability, and top performance for all of its vehicles.
