PASS-Web G3 is the next generation of PASS-Web - a browser-based application that enables transit riders and "workers" (i.e. passenger reps such as family, home care workers) access to the portal to view, request, and cancel demand response trips using a secure website without the support of a customer service agent. As an add-on to PASS-Web G3, with PASS-WebCare, passenger representatives can perform the following tasks:
- Receive "Where's my ride?" alerts
- Book casual trips
- View and cancel casual and recurring or subscription trips
- View profiles, update personal information as needed, and change passwords
- View announcements and general information from your transit agency
